Pasteurization is not just a factory thing. In fact, it’s easier than commonly believed.

Having the ability to pasteurize our own creations under quality conditions is a very notable difference for a business that works with food. Whether it’s to control stock and own production, or to enable a new line of business and sell 5th range food.

In addition to standardization, this will allow you to improve the profitability of facilities and working hours. We will see what needs to be taken into account during production, the types of containers available, or the different working methodologies that we can implement.

  • Understand the basic concepts of pasteurization. No weird names, we go straight to the important stuff.
  • Know the different procedures and thermal treatments that can give expiration to a creation.
  • What types of creations are ideal for pasteurizing and which ones we should avoid.
  • How to develop your own pasteurization process that ensures quality, expiration, and work efficiency.
  • Know what are the different steps we must follow to legally sell a V range product: health registration, labeling, expiration, etc.
  • As a final practice, we will carry out a shelf life study with some of your creations.
